Our Guest Book
In my last post I discussed the laundry list of items that I was able to accomplish. One of the big items that I checked off the list was our guest book. I knew that I didn't want a traditional guest book so I opted for making a guest book. Plan A was to make a scrap book. I was going to leave every other page blank for guests to sign. It seemed like a fantastic idea until I realized that I would have to search high and low for our pictures (still packed up from our move last year) and we are only 51 days away from the wedding. I scratched that idea and moved on to Plan B- Shutterfly. Shutterfly is a website that allows a person to upload their pictures and create scrapbooks. It is VERY user friendly! I have used Snapfish before and was very pleased with the results but after comparing the options I decided on using Shutterfly this time.
Here are some of the pages (please excuse the blurriness and the fact that I had to take a snap shot of the computer screen.....and yes, that other tab is People.com you see.....lol)-
I used our engagement pictures (Angela Talley Studio) which we had a TON of so I alternated between having pictures on both sides and having a picture on one side with a blank page on the other side. I think we have over 100 pages.....more than enough! I will admit......I did cheat. Once I uploaded the pictures I selected 'Auto-Fill'. This option was AH-MAZING!!!! Highly recommend it. The pages flow better than I could have ever done!!!
Here is my question for you- I chose to do a hard cover with our picture but there are other cover options (see below). Should I stick with my original choice or opt for something different? There is a poll to the right hand side so please vote and let me know!
What are you doing/did for your guest book? Are you branching away from the traditional route?!?
Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend! Safe travels to all those traveling over the weekend!!!

I left you an award on my blog!
I've been debating on what company to go with. How much did yours end up being? I made one with shutterfly as a gift to my fiance and it came out great. I did a smaller book with a hard cover.
100 pages?! Wow!
