Oh Rooney.......

"Patience is a Virtue"

My father is ALWAYS preaching this phrase.  And my response is typically- "A virtue that I do not have!"  So, it comes as no surprise that I have already pulled my Christmas decor out.  I lost all patience with Thanksgiving and was ready to start seeing holiday cheer.  

Much like Santa, I had my own set of helpers while decorating.  Okay, more like two furballs constantly in the way/nosing through EVERY box and tub.  One decoration, in particular, had Rooney in complete meltdown mode.  Being the wonderful evil mommy that I am, I videotaped his battle with the mean old bobble Santa and Snowman.  

After several minutes of Rooney carrying on I moved the Santa to where it belongs which resulted in this-

After a good half hour of Rooney crying/barking/shrieking/yodeling/chirping/growling/whining/obsessing he finally gave up {more like, he gave up after I yelled at him to give it up}. 

Bobble Santa/Snowman - 1, Rooney - 0
